1) We do not require proof of identification in order to view a property

2) Our agents are not required to enter into an exclusive with a prospective renter/homebuyer

3) We will inquire if the applicant can meet the Owners/Management financial requirements. However proof of the financials will only be required upon confirmation from the applicant that they would like to move forward with the property.
